Order Processing
Orders are processed within 2–4 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 3 PM IST on business days will begin processing the next business day.

Tracking

Damages and Lost Shipments
If your artwork arrives damaged or is lost in transit, notify us within 3 days of delivery. Retain packaging and photos for claim support. We will assist with insurance claims and work to provide a suitable resolution.
