So I decided to make a new section into my site called Motivation day because why not. Its not new that getting motivated and staying motivated all the time is impossible. Sometimes when we wake up in the morning, we feel like going out and getting all the jobs done and sometimes it feels like, what is the use of running this much, can’t I just be on my bed all day today. Can you relate?….. Yes?….. Okay! Thankyou.
BUT WHY DO WE FEEL LIKE THAT
We are human, we can’t be happy with same type of things our whole lives. Human evolve because of that we want things to be always exciting. If things are too perfect or even when things are not at all good in our lives for longer time than we can bear it, we get bored. We get tired of pretending to be having fun. Things get even harder when we are trying to achieve a goal which is comparibly bigger than what most people usually want. Loosing hope is easy in that state. And there comes the motivation to play a huge role but since we crucialy need it, staying motivated is even harder.
Motivation comes from positive things. When we are working for something and we get results from that even a tiny teeny result helps us move forward because we see that the actions we are taking are growing into reality. So when a goal is too far and it needs so many actions to be taken and there is so much competition. We don’t get the results immediatly. And thats when we start to feel our actions are not sufficient. And we don’t want to do it again.
THEN HOW TO GET MOTIVATED
Keep someone to always tell you all that cheesy motivational lines everyday? Not a good idea.
I am not here to give a magical trick to get motivated instantly because motivation is not permanent. Even an already successful person can’t be motivated all the time because life is not perfect and there are times even a highly successful person doens’t want to do anything. So how are they successful when motivation didn’t get them there?
SELF-DESCIPLINE
By now you have the idea what I am trying to tell to you. Motivation is a temporary feeling that can get you started for a certain period of time but there is something you need to build in yourself to keep going on days when don’t feel motivated. That is, Self-descipline. Self-descipline is the most important key to a successful life regardless of the field you wanna go in.

GETTING MOTIVATED IS NOT BAD
You might be thinking by now that I don’t like the idea of getting motivation. Who doesn’t like that feeling of not having to force yourself to do something. But since it is not possible everytime, it is important for us to force ourself to do our daily tasks because skipping your tasks due to lack of motivation will lead to more dissapointment. So it will be a endless cycle.
Instead of that try to give yourself a little push like a small child to do a little more today. I promise, if you push yourself little by little to complete your daily tasks, you will not have do it later in future as it will become your habit.
Conclusion
I know it is hard. In this era of competition and people contineously running, feeling tired is natural. We are human after all. So don’t forget to take a break and do self care sometimes. because your body and mind need a break too.
