YOUR BODY KNOWS WHAT TO EAT
As the heading says your body can tell you exactly what you need to eat and what not to eat. So you need to do a little bit research to know your body type.
YES, every body has a type. According to Ayurveda, there are three major body types that is also called Dosha. You can get detailed information on that easily from the internet or I will write about that very soon myself. For now, you must know that each type of body has different set of characteristics physically and mentally. So the type of food each body should consume is different which is also can be known as per the body type you have.
Therefore, know your body type first to know what food you can have and what can you ignore to resolve many health and mental issues your body currently might be going through.
APPLE CIDER VINEGAR
I have a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with one glass of water every morning and that adds a big benefit for me. Apple cider vinegar has many health benefits itself if consumed in correct amount which 1-2 tablespoon a day. But if you drink apple cider vinegar 20-30 minutes before having a meal, it helps in digestion as it helps our digestive organs to create digestive enzymes.
So add this to your routine. Drink a tablespoon of apple cider vinegar with a glass of water to avoid bloating as well.
SUNLIGHT
Ever spend few days without getting see the sunlight like in rainy seasons or in winter. You feel dull right. That’s exactly why we all need sunlight. Like any other vitamin and mineral source, sunlight is also essential for our body. It affects our mental health as well as physical health positively. Try to take 10-15 of sunlight daily but use sunscreen to avoid harmful sun rays.
WAKE UP IN MORNING WITH A JAR OF WATER BESIDE YOU
You have already heard this “drink lot of water”. No you DON’T have to drink lot of water because too much water can damage your liver. Drink enough water. And drinking a stomach full of water when you wake up in morning is beneficial for your health. It removes toxins from your body since your stomach is empty in morning. And it also helps in times of constipation.
EATING PORTIONS
Eating is important but you don’t have to fill your stomach to it’s limit. Eat the amount of food your body needs. Every lifestyle needs different type and amount of food.
But as a default, Eat little in breakfast since you haven’t eaten for 8-10 hours so your stomach starts to function slowly. For lunch, eat proper meal but don’t overfill yourself. Dinner should be as light as possible and try to eat at least 2-3 before going to bed because food including carbohydrates and veggies need 2-3 hours to digest.
