Cancellation Policy

Orders for original artworks can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing the order, provided the artwork has not yet been shipped.

After 24 hours, or once an order is dispatched, cancellations are no longer possible.

Custom or commissioned artworks cannot be cancelled once work has begun.

To request a cancellation, email us with your order number and full name as soon as possible.

If a cancellation is approved before dispatch, the payment will be refunded within 7–14 business days, minus any non-refundable payment gateway fees.
Eligibility for Returns

Returns are accepted only if the artwork arrives damaged or if there has been a clear error such as the wrong artwork, major discrepancy in description, or incorrect size.

Change of mind returns are not accepted for original paintings.

Custom commissions and personalized pieces are non-refundable unless damaged in transit.
Reporting Issues

You must notify us within 3 days of receiving your artwork if there is any damage or issue.

Please send clear photographs of the artwork, packaging, and any visible damage along with your order details.
Return Process

After your report, we will review and provide instructions if a return is approved.

Returned artwork must be in its original condition, without any framing or alterations, and packed securely in the original packaging or a similar protective package.

If the artwork shows signs of damage due to improper handling or repacking, refunds may be denied or reduced.
Return Shipping

For damaged or incorrect shipments, we will cover or reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

For any other approved returns, the customer is responsible for shipping, customs duties, and insurance on returns.

All returns must be shipped via a tracked and insured courier, and tracking information shared with us.
Refunds

Refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days after we receive and inspect the returned artwork.

Refunds will be made via the original payment method or as store credit, as agreed.

Shipping charges, customs duties, and payment processing fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For international transactions, any currency conversion losses or bank fees are the buyer’s responsibility.
Damage During Shipping

If you receive a package with visible damage, please document with photos before opening.

Keep all packaging until the claim is resolved.

We will assist in filing claims with the courier and work with you to resolve via replacement, repair, or refund.
Non-Returnable Items

Digital products.

Items sold as final sale or under clearance.
